Mike Newbold was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1977. Mike graduated from St. Louis University, cum laude, in 1973 and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1976.
Mike's experience includes representing clients in state and federal courts and before federal, state and local administrative agencies. Mike also regularly advises clients in Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service audits.
Mark has practiced law since 1995. Mark is a graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas School of Law.
Mark represents employee benefit plans and labor organizations.
Mark also has experience with litigation of wage and hour claims and False Claims Act whistleblower claims.
Dustin was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2018 and the Kansas Bar in 2019. Dustin is also admitted to the state Bars of Illinois and Florida.
Dustin primarily represents employee benefit plans and their trustees.
Brad was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2003. Brad graduated from Tulane University in 2000 and the University of Iowa College of Law in 2003. Brad is admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, New York and various federal district and bankruptcy courts.
Brad represents clients in state and federal courts in withdrawal liabilty, delinqent contribution and benefit claims and advises clients on compliance with ERISA and other state and federal laws.
Linda Winter has been a member of the Wisconsin bar since 1979, the D.C. bar since 1988 and the Missouri Bar since 1990. Linda graduated from Marquette University, magna cum laude, in 1979 and the Marquette University School of Law in 1982.
Linda provides clients with counsel regarding plan design, compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
Linda is of counsel to the Firm.
Ryan was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2013.
Ryan primarily represents labor organizations and their related employee benefit plans.
Simone was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2002. Simone graduated from Marquette University in 1996 and the Saint Louis University School of Law in 2001.
Simone focuses her practice on advising clients on compliance matters including plan benefit design, ERISA and IRC compliance and litigation.
Mike Arnold was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1975. Mike graduated from the University of Missouri, cum laude, in 1969 and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, with distinction, in 1975.
Mike retired from the Firm effective December 31, 2019.
Jennifer L. Jimenez was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2017 and joined the Firm in 2022.
