Nick Adams originally joined Arnold, Newbold, Sollars & Hollins, P.C. in 2020 and rejoined the firm in 2024. After law school, Nick began his legal career in the financial services industry providing quality control and compliance services to qualified defined contribution and benefit plans. Nick most recently served as Principal Legal Counsel for SS&C Technologies, Inc. where he provided legal administration services to investment funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Nick received his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 2013. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Nick primarily focuses on the representation of individuals, labor organizations, and employee benefit plans.
